• 1 pound.Of ground beef (preferably lean).
  • 1 Cup.Of breadcrumbs.
  • 1/2 Cup.Of milk.
  • 1 egg.
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 1/4 Cup.Of all-purpose flour.
  • 2 Tbsp.Of vegetable oil.
1st Step – In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. The breadcrumbs and milk work together to bind the mixture and keep the steak moist.

2nd Step –  Divide the beef mixture into equal portions and shape them into oval or round steak-like patties. Aim for a thickness of about 1/2 to 3/4 inches.

3rd Step –  Dredge each steak in all-purpose flour, ensuring an even coating. This step not only adds a golden crust when cooking but also helps thicken the pan sauce later on.
