°1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
°3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
°1 teaspoon of salt
°1 tablespoon of white sugar
°3 tablespoons butter, melted
°1 egg
°1 1/4 cup milk
°cooking spray
*Methods
Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl.
Whisk melted butter, egg and milk until blended. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
Preheat skillet on medium-high heat. Spraying with cook spray. Pour the batter into the hot pan, about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until bubbles appear on the sides and in the center of each pancake. Flip and cook until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes. Makes 12 pancakes.
