Ingredients

1 Lb. Shrimp (shelled in deveined)
4 -6 Garlic Cloves (minced)
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Parsley
1 Shallot (minced)
1/2 Cup Butter (softened)
1 1/2 Cups Breadcrumbs
1 tsp Tarragon (finely chopped)
4-6 Peppercorns crushed
Salt (to taste)
1 oz. Cream Sherry (optional)

Paprika first dusting

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Mix garlic, lemon and shallots together.
3. Add breadcrumbs, tarragon, parsley salt and peppercorns. Mix all.
4. Arrange shrimp in a buttered gratin dish or ceramic baking dish, splash with Sherry, cover with breadcrumb mixture, dust with paprika and bake until golden about 15 minutes.
