Coconut and Mascarpone Pralines

Coconut and mascarpone pralines are delicious irresistible sweets one pulls the other. The soft and tasty interior with delicate mascarpone and coconut coated with a bar of crunchy dark chocolate give these wonderful sweets an irresistible taste. Try them they are simple and quick to prepare, very good and delicate!


• 250 g mascarpone
• 70 g coconut flour
• 70 g powdered sugar
• 150 g dark chocolate


1. Drain excess liquids from the mascarpone.
2. Mix the mascarpone with the icing sugar and the coconut flour.
3. Shape into pralines and put them in the freezer for a couple of hours.
4. Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie and dip the pralines into the chocolate until completely covered.
5. Place the pralines on a tray lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with coconut flour.
6. Refrigerate and allow the chocolate to solidify.
7. Now you can enjoy the delicious coconut and mascarpone pralines soft inside with lots of good chocolate.
