ingredients:
- 3 L potatoe
- 1 chop onion
- 1.6 p (750 grams) beef ground
- 1 tsp (15 ml) paprika
- 1 c (100 grams) mozzarella cheese
- 1 c (250 ml) basic bechamel sauce
- Salt / pepper to taste
- Chopped freshly parsley
- To prepare the bechamel sauce:
- 4 cups (1 liter) milk
- 5 tsp (75 grams) butter
- 4 tablespoons (48 grams) flour
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) salt
- ½ teaspoon (3 ml) nutmeg
Instructions:
Prepare basic bechamel sauce.In a saucepan, melt butter on medium or low heat.
Adding flour & stir for 6 minutes to golden brown.Boil the milk, then add the seasoning mixture to the smooth mass.Bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly, and finally add salt and nutmeg.
Preheat oven 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef with 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of chopped parsley and paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
Add onions and mix well.Peeled potatoes & cook about 7 minutes, to they are slight tender. Drain & cut to thin slices.
Organize the slices in a single layer at bottom of cake pan to form vertical outline.Make dumplings the size of a scoop of ice cream and place them on a plate.Divide the meatballs and the remaining potato pieces into small portions.
Pour the Beckham sauce into each hole until it is full, then pour it over the grated mozzarella cheese.Baking for 15 min & Enjoy.
